Welcome

New patient telehealth, out of insurance network, appointments available.

Life can be a mixture of great pleasure and challenging struggle. Often we can navigate these challenges on our own. However, there are times when it can be comforting to have another person to support you in walking through these paths of stress. Sometimes we have ways of thinking, ways of behaving, and/or internal emotional conflicts that act to make this life struggle harder.

Psychotherapy, also known as mental health counseling, can help in calming the soul and in learning new skills to weather and negotiate life's struggles. Psychotherapy can help calm the struggling soul regardless of whether these struggles are of recent vintage or related to experiences from long ago.

Dr. Sack’s Credentials for Providing Care

Dr. Sack has been providing psychotherapy services to hurting souls for over 20 years. From the beginning of my care giving journey, I have felt very honored to be given the trust of others as they share their inner world with me in a therapy session. I continue to feel honored when I have the opportunity to sit with people to help calm the stress of their life, reduce mental health symptoms, and ease the disquiet in their soul.
